Zero (Mega Man X) in X1 armor, with color, poses, and attacks inspired by Omega (Mega Man Zero 3). Omega being the X1 Zero body was an old theory of mine that was ultimately disproven by Mega Man Zero Official Complete Works. Nevertheless, it's still a fun idea to play with. The most recent additions to this sheet are the first two saber swings. In fact I don't remember whether or not I previously released those frames; I originally intended to wait until I had a full "Ranbu" combo to show off. ...well, I'm almost there! Maybe some Cannon Ball Hard Revenge will give me the motivation I need to resume.

Of all my old sprite edits these seem to remain the most popular, and the most confused. I did this style originally, starting with the head-gem glow, and it grew from there. Black Belt Dude took what I had at an earlier point and VASTLY expanded on it, for use in the 22XX Grand Tournament fangame. From his sheet, which credits me at the bottom ( [link] ), notice the first 14 frames are identical to this one.

A reminder, anything I draw or sprite is free for anyone to use. I appreciate credit greatly, but understand if it's not always convenient (say, avatars on social sites, or something). That said, when one claims my work as their own, or they give incorrect/selective credits, then that tends to irk me a bit.
