It took me a long time to finish this!

As you know the Toaster was the first one I started with hyperspaceoddity.deviantart.co…
But I didn't want to feature the rest until they were all done. I'd be lying if I said that I didn't look at others' adaptions for inspiration, but I still didn't want to copy anyone.

For Blanky I obviously imagined him as a little boy. I used the color of the blanket's face for his hair, and the blanket part I made this big sweater, as a lot of people have done that. It just seems to work for his insecure personality.

Lampy was a bit harder, but he turned out the best in my opinion. I want to encoporate his light-snout into the shape of his face, so I thought he'd have this big nose. For the dial on his head, I just gave him a cap, and for the cord that swoops down to his base, I made that his long, lanky body, which I put a jacket on for the grey color.

Radio was probably the hardest, especially considering the fact that he doesn't have a face. For his eyes I gave him these shudder-sunglasses. I also thought he'd wear some kind of snazzy suit based on his personality. I was near clueless on how to encorporate the zig-zaggy antenna, and I didn't want to copy others with the tie, so I kind of turned it into a tie pattern instead. I tried my very hardest not to make him look too much like the Music Meister from Batman the Brave and the Bold.

Kirby was a lot easier than I thought he'd be. He already had a lot of elements that I could already perfectly imagine as a human anyway. Since his mouth drags on the bottom of him, I thought the human version would have a mustasche, along with greying hair that wasn't quite grey yet. The vaccum bag was incorporated into this classic sweater, and the rest of the grey went to the shirt. For some reason if he were human I imagine him as this war veteran who's rugged and grumpy most of the time because of what he went through?
