Sadly, I won't be able to make nearly as many screencap redraws as I thought I could, but I wanted to finish this one regardless.

The Muppets Christmas carol is probably my absolute favorite piece of Christmas media, so I had to do something for it, despite painting a picture for it last year. Instead of the obvious choice of drawing Muppet characters, I wanted to do something a little bold, so I chose the scene I still resent them for deleting. The point where Scrooge regrettably watches his former self pull away from his former love is a pivotal moment in the story. This is where the error of his ways begin to sink in, and like the other pivotal moments in the movie, it deserves a song. It was said that it was cut because children were bored with it, but I remember loving it as a child. I just love the way he looks right at her woefully, slightly singing along, while she can't even see him.

Hopefully I'll be able to do a couple more. I have at least two more in mind.
