Your composition was immaculate!!!
Since I'm new to doing starry exposures,
I wish to ask you something...
did you use a neutral density filter to compensate for light pollution,
or did you manage to keep ambient light to a minimum with just a low ISO?

Thanks for your comment Chris, this church is actually located in a mountainous terrain so light pollution was already minimal. I only used low ISO and a single 1 hour exposure b'cause it was enough to get the frame decently exposed.

Yeah, it's a long exposure shot and due to the earth rotation the stars create these pretty arcs
And that's a mighty good gallery you have of your own.

This is a ruined orthodox church in Mavrovo, Macedonia. The church is located in the center of an artificial lake and it is visible in some months of the year when the water levels are lower. Sometimes one can even enter inside the ruin and take photos
