Going by these definitions, it makes me realise, most of the Animatronics in FNaF are a sort of Chaotic Neutral (not literally chaotic & shit, but the Definition is basically what most the Animatronics are like, a few exceptions may be Ballora who would probably be Good if she got a chance to prove herself or wasn't trying to get revenge on William for everything he's done) because they really only just want revenge on William & to make other assholes & jerks learn or suffer for their crimes & wrongdoings, not literally cause chaos & harm, their all victimised really.
William is definitely Chaotic Evil, albeit he is intelligent, not straight up chaotic like some stupid fool or savage like some would think when using that alignment term.
The Nightmares would be Chaotic Evil for sure.
Circus Baby would fall into an Inbetween point between Lawful Neutral & Lawful Evil.
Michael is more a Neutral Good to True Neutral.
Ballora would be a mix between Social Good & True Neutral.
When the Funtimes ejected Baby out, that would be a Rebel Neutral moment right there. Apart from Ft. Freddy who was secretly more so Rebel Evil in that moment since he probably planned to eject Baby out so he could take full control to begin with, considering everything.
Ft. Freddy would be a mix between Chaotic Evil & Chaotic Neutral honestly.
Puppet/Marionette is like a mix between Rebel Good, Lawful Neutral & Neutral Evil when you consider everything about him/her & what she/he originally intended to do before shit really went downhill fast.

Oh & actually most of the Animatronics if not all that were victims of William or victimised would be Chaotic Good too in a sense. Maybe not all at the same level of Chaotic Good but some like Puppet & Baby & Cassidy certainly would be like that.

Well I mean, it's true, the majority of Animatronic Characters are actually not on the alignment of evil, because their victimised & are only looking to avenge themselves & others who suffered like them & looking to try & be free & find peace within their permanently changed lives.
William & the Nightmares are the only ones I could see actually being considered evil in an alignment chart honestly, everyone else is either misunderstood or is multiple different alignments in the same Character.
