As mindless worktools, they merely obey the commands of their superiors, having no other desires, feelings, or thoughts. They are the perfect slaves in the Empire. North Sakhalin, a superpower working alongside the United States, discovers Dream's Empire. In order to leave the US out of a potential conflict at the moment, North Sakhalin has a plan: they will give Dream's Empire an enemy using North Korea as a scapegoat. After going over plans over the airwaves using Mayan officers to transmit unbreakable codes in the Yucatec Maya language, they send 55 North Korean reconnaissance drones to scout over areas where Imperial activity is present - East Timor is the location where Imperial activity is extremely high.

After 3 days of scouting, North Sakhalin waits until the right day when Dream's Empire decides to expand. The United States has a hidden eye on Dream's Empire, with their forces stationed on the Solomon Islands, Marshall Islands, and Hawaii. They employ North Sakhalin's doctrine of military deluge by having more than 2,500 battleships and 550 aircraft carriers in active duty in this zone, all ships produced in North Sakhalin and equipped with technologically advanced artillery. North Sakhalin dramatically strengthens military presence in all controlled and influenced territories.

The right moment has come: Dream's Empire has expanded to North Korea, and is expanding towards U.S. and North Sahkalinsk territory through paths in the Pacific Ocean. North Sakhalin and the U.S. launch a surprise attack on Dream's Empire with blitzkriegs and barrages of torpedoes. North Sakhalin uses its feared air superiority in order to overwhelm Imperial forces by using 5 swarms of over 15,000 GV-8 Banshee jets and 4 swarms of over 10,000 attack and transport helicopters - the large number of aircraft is due to overproduction, which North Sakhalin finds to be beneficial to the war effort. The United States uses its naval superiority to take down Imperial ships after their cargo bays are emptied by both American and North Sakhalinsk forces.

Since universes collide in UN-212 (the home universe of North Sakhalin and the huge war that unfolded), Equestria isn't really presented as a power like the United States - in UN-212, Equestria is a third-world nation in the Malay Peninsula. Basically, UN-212's version of Dream's Empire began in the Malay Peninsula. Dream's Empire feeds off the support and money of the Equestrian people.
