Halloween... all those kids messing around. Fortunately this late they are in all in bed so I can have a quiet walk home.

"hiss..."

startled I look around and see an adult in an extreemly good vampire costume.

"Cool costume" I say, in the hope he won't want money.

"Not a costume prey..." he hisses. yerh I think, someone into their cosplay.

"Let me show you prey..." he says, and a light appears from his hand.

It seems to spiral, and grows stronger. It feels so good to stare at it.

"Yes prey its hypnotized you, you are under my total control..." I hear, and i know it is true, whatever he says is true.

"Don't make a sound prey..." and I know I must keep silent no matter what.

I feel a stabbing pain to my neck, but I must keep looking at the light, I must not make a sound....i'm light headed....going dizzy...

...as the world fades to black....
