hmmm..wanted to tell it before.
That interesting thery of connecting with all minds reminds me profesor Xavier fro Xmen and device used by him for same purpose....he could connect with every mind of earth

Hm... i think iremeber what are you referring to... it could be something similar. Anyway in my version Yuri has prepared his forces and mind control devices during the ar and the uprising, so he's even more organized than in RA2.

in my fanfict Yuri is also better organized XD
He gathered money powers and people to build his bases not only at Alcatraz

Great idea.
I see you show Yuri as more powerfull than I XD
In my fanfict Yuri can develope his skills and get new ones (telekinesis, floating in the air) and those are activated when he is extremly angly...
He is able to kill everyone by his 'mind wave' but....there are quita 'ordinary' people who he cannot read thoughs. For excample Tanya or other with strong minds...
