Description This started out as a simple five-minute sketch in my notebook. It turned out to be five hours and then... this. D:

My hand hates me now.

Anyways I tried to make this look as realistic as possible while keeping somewhat simple shading and the line-art. What took a long time was trying to get the face to match the curvature of the shoulders and neck because of the awkward face

And yes I know the back right leg is somewhat awkward and look broken D:

Critiques are most highly wanted for this! I'd love you forever if you guys critiqued!

Very beautiful. The subtle golden glow around the key and eyes are a nice touch

I think the right leg is perfect! He is kind of lying down like he is about to get up. I know my dog looks like that when he is about to get up. Does the key have any particular meaning or no? I really love the background as well. Good job your hand outta be happy that it helped make such a nice piece!

Hmm yeah I was actually trying to make the wolf look as though he was jumping... but yeah I see how he can be thought of as sitting on the clouds.... but thank you! It is far from perfect and I got someone to point out my major anatomy flaws but thanks

The backround isnt to distracting from the picture which I love Beautiful textures,shading, I agree the back leg anatomy is awkward but I didnt notice it until you pointed it out XD Amazing glow effects and details. Love how he is floating in space and defying gravity ^-^ I would work on the ear porportions, facial features, and paws. That was my mini critique 4 out of 5!!!!!!!!

Yes I do need to work on the face a bit, as well as the paws. Hopefully next time when I do something similar I'll keep that in mind.
