This is a little picture based on a conversation I was having with my most amazing sister Wario-Girl . We were discussing our addictions to our creepy victims men and decided we should have a team. Which ended up getting the name Nightmare Fuel. XD
Anywho, since the whole theme of our team is rather creepy, I went with a “Stories around the campfire theme” with a flashlight and a lighter. I didn’t have a lot of time to work on this during a single day, so it took me about 3 days before the colouring was done. I spent most of the time on this figuring out how to blend my Copics to get the lighting effect I wanted, which actually came out better than I thought it would.
I’m super proud of this one, especially since it’s my first time getting my Copics to do some pretty pronounced light source stuff. And to make it even better, it’s the first page of my new sketchbook. Just imagine opening it unsuspecting and suddenly you see that as the first page. XD I’m hoping it’ll ward of some people.
