SOOOO BIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGGGGGGGGGGGGGGfrankly, these are screenshots on comments from admins. They are quite helpful. Answering questions about fair use, crediting, DPs, tracing, copying and so on.
Names of normal users were removed but admins and the dates stayed. So you know if the comment is relevant enough.

I canΒ΄t say how it is working on the bigger scale (anime shops, toy factories...) but DA, as a company, canΒ΄t sell copyrighted characters. DA however canΒ΄t control deals between users since it is kind of a personal matter. but thats just my opinion

There's a screenshot in my gallery trying to solve a misunderstanding with $realitysquared . I need your thought on the situation.
I even sent a report to the staff involving his behavior and HE steps up to "give me the answer".

as far as I understand DTWX had copyright violations in gallery and couldnΒ΄t provide permission of the original artists. And for that he was banned.
The second account was banned because the first was too.
If someone has a banned account and use another account to continue Β΄livingΒ΄ on DA it is considered as ban-evading. And so every account made by banned person gets banned to
