Colors: The colors work well together mostly because its such a limited palette. I do think you need to go darker in many areas, as even in natural lighting (compared to studio lighting), you would have decently dark shadows. It’s generally better to have too much contrast than too little.
Textures: You did a great job with the head/neck area. It just “feels” fluffy and soft, kinda feathery. The water doesn’t scream water/wet to me though; in fact, the green patch between the legs feels more water-like to me than the water itself. Its particularly offsetting on the water coming off of the feet; water generally doesn’t move that way, and thus it feels unnatural. Water generally reflects a lot of light, so throughout the river area, there should be some diluted greens and oranges.
Also, there’s a small part that bothers me right where the neck connects to the shoulder. The hard line between the soft green part to the brown/orange part doesn’t seem like it should be a hard line. The “fluffiness” of the green part should have parts of it that overlap the line of the shoulder. As it stands, it feels like the neck is one animal while the shoulder and body belongs to something else.
Background: Your minimal background works here - it is addressed just enough that it feels like the creature is in some place. The cast shadow on the ground could be a little darker, given that you aren’t detailing the background (when you do something minimally, you do the extremes and fade it out, rather than the middle tones and fade it out).
The fact that you used a lineart, but then proceeded to ignore the lines (coloring outside them, not trying to fill them completely) makes the piece more interesting; it’s like the lines are not a guide for you, but a guide for viewers. It’s a strange artistic choice, but it works surprisingly well.

Незнаю, хотелось так...но крылья я рисую плохо так что на дибильные рога из веточек переделала

да,спасибо-я просто с ума сходила-сначала вместо рогов на голову крылья хотела прицепить 0-0 а хвост должен был быть в цветочках,но потом крылья не получились и вот во что я их превратила-в веточки xD
