Officer O'Connor, Inkopolis Federal Police Department, 11th div., callsign 11-16. Born in Ireland, he moved to Inkpolis when he turned 18, following a rather uneventful childhood. Upon arriving in Inkopolis, O'Connor decided to join the Splatsville Sheriff's Department after stopping a robbery at a local pub. He was simply enjoying a drink and chatting with one of the staff members when two armed robbers entered. He initially gave in to the demands of the two robbers, before distracting them, smashing a class over the head of one robber, and taking down the other with their ow weapons. By the time sheriff's deputies arrived, he had already managed to subdue and restrain the two robbers. The two deputies had commended O'Connor for his actions and suggested he join their department. After taking up the offer to join the Sheriff's department, he immediately portrayed accretional skill in taking down suspects, gaining a reputation as being one of the most effective deputies in the history of the Splatsville Sheriff's Department. He joined the IFPD following a transfer recommendation from his commanding officer in the Splatsville Sheriff's department. In the handful of years he's been on the force, he has displayed exceptional service, upholding the law to the fullest. He is known within the department as having a friendly and sociable person, keeping a healthy relationship between himself, his fellow officers and the community, while also maintaining a professional demeanor. During the War against Octavio, he assisted with the initial evacuation of several cities, with his most notable action occurring during the evacuation of Downtown Inkopolis city, where he, alongside several other officers and National Guardsmen held off an attack against a high school by one of Octavio's scout units. He remained with the department throughout the war, assisting with humanitarian aid missions assisting evacuees. Following the war, he was transferred to the 11th division and was partnered with a rookie, Officer Chloe. O'Connor was also commended for his actions during the "Big Run Event" where he and his partner Chloe assisted the Inkopolis National Guard and Inkopolis Spec Ops during the defense of Waterfront Bank. He was also noted assisting ISO medics with the delivery of a baby during the defense, remaining by the mother's side and comforting her the best that he could.

Officer Chloe, Inkopolis Federal Police Department, 11th div., callsign 11-15. Her mother, a catgirl from Japan, her father, an Inkling serving in U.S Navy. She was born in a U.S military base within Inkopolis. Chloe's career in the IFPD can be linked back to her childhood, where she was attacked by two dogs while walking through a park. On that day, she had just gotten off school for the day and decided to head to a local fast-food restaurant to grab a bite to eat. While walking, two dogs (a Rottweiler and a Doberman) suddenly charged at her after their owner failed to properly leash them. The two dogs aggressively attacked Chloe, biting her several times and attempting to drag her around. Thankfully, Two police officers were walking by had heard her screams and successfully stopped the attack by shooting the two dogs, but not before one of the dogs managed to rip her tail off. One of the officers transported her to the hospital, and remained by her side until her parents arrived. Chloe had befriended the officer during her recovery process and was inspired to become a police officer herself. She enrolled in the Inkopolis Police Academy when she turned 18. Her Graduation was delayed as a result of the war against Octavio. Due to her exceptional performance within the academy, she was recommended to join the IFPD. She was partnered up with Officer O'Connor following her inauguration. Despite being on the force for less than a year, she has quickly gained a reputation as being an effective officer, however, she does struggle to coordinate with the department's K-9 unit (for obvious reasons). She was also commended for her actions during the "big Run Event" where she and her Partner O'Connor, alongside National Guardsmen and the ISO successfully managed to defend the Waterfront Bank from hoards of hostile Salmon long enough to allow for U.S Navy and Mushroom Kingdom Royal Navy fighter jets to arrive and provide air support.
