Staff-Sergeant Ella, ISO, Blue Team, Callsign Spec 1-3. One of the more recent members of the ISO's Blue Team, Ella is the team's machine gunner. Very little information is known when it comes to Ella's life prior to being sanitized by the sanitization gang. Ella can only vaguely remember being abducted by the gang when she was a teenager. Her time withing the S-Gang, she was subjected to unique types of sanitization methods with the goal of enhancing her strength and endurance. Ella would also remember being sent to an expansive underground facility and forced to complete rather dangerous tasks and trials. From what She assumed, Ella believed that the S-Gang using her as a test bed to develop a unique method of sanitization that would mutate any cephalopod into a super-soldier. During one of these trials, Ella would meet (her future husband) Zack, another octoling kidnapped by the S-Gang. As the two began encountering each other more and more during their trials, the two would begin to fall in love with one another, and at the same time, begin planning their escape. According to Ella, she says that she had overheard her boss planning an attack against the ISO's Blue Team during one of their training operations. She and Zack decided that they would use that attack as an opportunity to escape. During this attack, the pair had noticed the ISO's sniper - Amelia - being ambushed and wounded. Ella quickly intervened and gunned down her now former S-Gang squamates before they could execute Amelia. By the end of the attack, the ISO's captain - Ian - impressed by both if their abilities, requested that she and Zack join the ISO. After that, the rest is history. Just like the rest of the ISO's Blue Team, she would participate in the rescue of their captain's kidnapped son, the evacuation of an apartment building during the opening stages of the war against Octavio, the rescue of their captain, The Squid Sisters, and Off the Hook from a POW facility, and the siege of the Riverfront Bank during the Big Run Event. Prior to the operation of rescue Ian's son from his wife, Pinku's EX, Ella would be proposed to by Zack and the two would soon marry.

Corporal Zack, ISO, Blue Team, Callsign Spec 1-4. Zack's backstory is very similar to that of Ella's, with main differences being that he was kidnapped by the S-Gang two years earlier than Ella, and that he was given more medical related tasks and trails. After joining the ISO's Blue Team as their medic, he was initially given an experimental medi-gun to test during operations, as the Inkopolis Armed Forces was looking for a fast and efficient method to treat serious injuries without having to risk sending an evac helicopter into the heat of a battle. Zack would report that although the device was effective at its intended purpose, he would often have trouble getting the medi-gun to turn on and it would often break if it was knocked around too much. Zack soon ditched the Medi-Gun for more standard methods of medical treatment. Zack would participate in every ISO operation with his most notable action was during the Big Run Event, where he, alongside Marco, the medic from the ISO's Violet Team, would assist with the delivery of a baby while under fire from salmonoids. Prior to his first major operation within the ISO, he would propose to Ella, and marry her soon after.

Corporal Marco, ISO, Violet Team, Callsign Spec 2-4. Marco is the current medic for the ISO's Violet Team, replacing the teams last medic who was killed in action during the team's sabotage mission against an octarian submarine base. Just like Luna, Marco had survived the failed raid on Octavio's final stronghold during the closing stages of the war. Besides this mission, Marco's old team was not sent on many significant operations as high command was too hesitant to utilize their tier-1 units following the capture of the ISO Blue Team Capitan and one of their soldiers (Violet Team would go on more operations as Violet was rather "persuasive"). Marco would still manage to assist the Agents in defeating Octavio and his Octobot, technically completing the original mission given to his now disbanded team, and ending the war. After being transferred to Violet Team, Marco would see action during the Big Run Event. Marco and his team would be sent to reinforce Blue Team during the siege of the Riverfront Bank. During this siege, Marco, alongside Blue Team's Medic, Zack, would tend to the wounded National Guard Soldiers, Grizz Co. Workers, and civilians. The two medics would also assist with Cait, a pregnant octoling who had gone into labor during the second wave of salmonoids.

Staff-Sergeant "Dozer", ISO, Violet Team, Callsign Spec 2-3. Not much is known about Dozer outside of his work within the Inkopolis Armed Forces and ISO. According to his former squadmates within the Inkopolis Marines, Dozer sort of just "Showed up one day". All that is known about him is that it is believed that he is part Polish, judging by his accent, an inkling, and really strong. Before joining the ISO, Dozer was known for being the silent type within the Marines, rarely speaking and preferred to communicate via hand signals and gestures, save for a few short sentences on occasion. During the war against Octavio, and his forces, Dozer was noted to be a very effective machine gunner, often being the primary reason several enemy attacks against his squads positions were failures. The action that had earned Dozer a spot on the ISO was during a mission to provide reinforcements to a position of Inkopolis Army and Mushroom Kingdom Royal Army units defending a strategic supply route. During this mission, Dozer's helicopter had been unable to take off to evacuate wounded soldiers due to its fuel line being damaged by ground fire. Without thinking, Dozer would rip out one of the mounted Miniguns and began spraying the advancing Octarian soldiers with hundreds .30 caliber bullets. Dozer's actions would strike fear in the advancing octarian forces, and cause them to retreat out of fear. Within the ISO, would continue use his strength to his advantage. Whenever Violet Team found itself in a major firefight, they would often look to Dozer to help. Following Violet Team's submarine sabotage mission, Dozer would be one of the two members to convince Anna to remain within the ISO. It is believed that following this interaction, Dozer and Anna would start spending more time with each other.
