I like how this really fits into what the Fell AU was.  It is supposed, when I see it, the possible sadistic mindset of how the Monsters could have went.  Where they felt as if they knew their existence was going to die underground and turn to dust, like they soon will.  How they couldn't enjoy purity or just kindness anymore and they knew they had to be just as ruthless as the humans who pinned them underground.
So here is a relationship that can work... Just with more red goodness.

As messed up as the blood thing is, this is very well drawn, and I will admit.... as a fan of vampire stuff (I know they're not.... I don't think ), this was actually.... kind of hot with the way you put the blood bit in. I like the way you drew the evil passion between the two in this comic.
