i really enjoy the way that you have continued this series without deviating much at all from its core elements. i love continiuty and lack of change (that may sound secretly rude, but im very pattern-oriented, so i mean that with kindness )

however, i would love to see you go in another direction and do something completely crazy, even if it doesnt work out so well.

i like the way you used the nut/bolt thing for the fishes eye, it makes him look alert and scared. the colors of the fish work well with the backgroudn. and ive always liked the way you do jellyfish.

I really appreciate your critic. I'm also feeling a bit bored with what I'm doing right now, cause I'm only gatering material for a exhibition that I forgot all about... I'm working non-stop for the last month and the reason I'm repeating ideas is because I find it hard to create new stuff with a dead-line hanging above my head. The exhibition is now in November.

But on the other side it was good for me too cause, since the death of my mother,I was "forgetting" all about painting and the exhibition forced me to work again.

It even crossed my mind giving up on painting, selling the work space and all, but now I'm longing to do new things, and that is a relief.

Thank you so much for taking the time

wait, i didnt know you had an exhibition! tell me how it goes after it happens. ive never known someone who has had stuff in an exhibit...

ive been overworking in my art classes, so art is tiring on me a bit, but i just have to realize that it really it what i love and what makes. if i need a break, i'll take a break. but, hey, if youve got a studio and stuff to work at, i would suggest NEVER selling that. i would give the right half of my body for a studio.

no problem, half of what keeps me going is seeing successful artists who do great work.

This is really engrossing, it draws you in acting as a miniature glimpse of the world it's from. Great use of materials. The background is fantastic too, the whole thing is perfectly balanced.

I think it's just a side effect of watching Nemo too many times with my daughter
Thank you for taking the time to comment. Appreciate it.
