"Ra ra raaaa, roma, romama..." Rafica sang under her breath as she and Charles approached the arabian sale. Charles was going over the list of sales horses and shaking his head, pausing only when he found the lot number of the horse they were looking for. Tall white stallion, brindle markings.

To those who knew anything about Arab-type breeds, it was obvious that the horse before them was not an Arabian. His tail bone was too long, his legs were too long, and his body was too slim.

Charles grumbled under his breath, "waste of time, they shaved his legs and called him brindle to pass him off as an arab but anyone with a brain can see he's not. morons!"

Rafica was stroking her bottom lip thoughtfully. "he'll fit with our program though, he is a Tribal."

"yeah that's true."

The stallion was watching them with a level gaze, ears alert, as if studying them as thoroughly as Rafica was him. Just his look, his prescence, rang right with Rafica, she loved him instantly.

It was no wonder why, when the stallion struck up a high-stepping canter, Rafica was tripping over her own feet in a mad dash to the sales office. Charles shook his head and laughed and followed at a slower pace. The stallion seemed pleased with himself, and tossed his head violently before dashing off after the two humans on his side of the fence.

Stallion successfully purchased from the bogus Arabian sale and registered KA Rome. He's been stalled next to Quadamah, who gets along with him perfectly. While Quad's hyper, Rome is statuesque. Took some DNA blood samples to be sent to the lab to see if Rome can be traced to any of ~DemiWolfe-Stables horses. We'll see how it goes, either way we know he's a True Blood and here to stay.
