Alright, when did Talon (which I remember as a terrorist group in Overwatch, and I think I see their symbol on the wall in the 2nd panel) get their hands on the liquid mercury network? I suspect this is some sort of alternate-universe idea... not that I'm upset by this scenario.
How effective will the transformed Tracer be to Talon; for example, will she be able to blink like when she's wearing her chrono suit? I'll wait to find out!

The biggest mystery is how did Talon get this technology unlike the one they used on Amelie Lacroix aka Widowmaker

Maybe they discovered it after Widowmaker had already been sent away to complete her mission? Something as powerful as that network would probably be studied extensively before used to enhance one of their agents. I'm not completely sure, though.
