Yikes! That smile at the end definitely shows corruption to me. Tracer isn't the plucky young Overwatch agent she used to be, not at all...
I suspect her personality would be similar to Sombra (an elite hacker in the Overwatch universe), that being someone who gets what she wants, regardless of the consequences. With the liquid mercury network powering her systems, her combat abilities will probably be very strong.
Speaking of combat abilities, I see something like her Chronal Accelerator (if that's the device's name) in the center of her chest. If the network converted that device into some kind of combat programming, she could be blinking around the battlefield and dealing vicious melee attacks to her foes. But, I'm not entirely sure how the network would handle being jumped forward (and even backwards) in time. Guess that's something to think about!
I might take a crack at writing a story about this. It's going to take some time, but the possibilities here have got me really interested!
