Recently took part in a CYOA thread on /tg/ and saw this on one of the images. Been hunting down other images from the same thread, and I have to say I love this set. I especially enjoy the larger, thicker shoulder on the armor's left side. I imagine whoever'd be wearing it using that to charge through a line of troops or breaking a particularly stubborn obstacle.
TL;DR, I love it, it's awesome, love armor sets like this.

I suspect we shall see the armor of the common soldier look like this when the army gets more know-how on exoskeletons.

actually mate, i think we'll have to go the call of duty advanced warfare route before we can get THIS high tech. exoskeletal frames first, THEN power armor. we are getting close though, so there's still hope.

The actual military isn't doing especially much in terms of developing new Armors, its groups like DARPA doing that. And unfortunately what power armor they are developing is going less in the direction of power armor and more of a powered frame, IE it merely enhances a wearer's physical capabilities.

It kind of reminds me of the canceled Command and Conquer shooter game, Tiberium I think it was called. I like this design. Do you have any ideas for what powers it or any special equipment it may have?

I love it, This is a great blend of SciFi technology and Modern Wargear. Which makes the armor seem like something that can be invented in the next couple of centuries, I love to see this kind of attention to detail and level of realism, when the artist takes their time to make the combat gear seem possible according to current technology trends. Brilliant Art!
