I hope she survives, and I have heard she does (also, that scene was a classic Erin Hunter fake death setup. If you can't be sure she was dead, she most likely isn't.).
Then would there be 4? Because it says Ivykit or Dovekit will be different.

maybe hollyleaf just wasn't one of the three? she never really found her power, after all.

I guess there was never any clearly defied power, but Erin seemed to count her scary slave like devotion to the Warrior Code as her power...
I'm not sure XD

Aw D:
I know... mabye they don't know that they're much better thank they sound... Whenever I try to explain it to people they look a bit skeptical as to why a 14 year old would be reading it.

silversongjayfeather In reply to BlakeGreene [2009-12-01 00:09:28 +0000 UTC]
Usually when i describe it i say, "it's a bunch of feral cats ripping each others throats out ! ," and they wonder why an eleven year-old would be reading such things.

BlakeGreene In reply to silversongjayfeather [2009-12-01 00:11:13 +0000 UTC]
XD
That might be a better way to describe it than what I go with. I usually start along the lines of "clans of cats living in the forest and they fight each other a lot, but it isn't stupid like it sounds!"

XD Both descriptions aren't really accurate to the series. We need to work on um.. i'm brain blanking on the name.. um.. the thingies where you write what it's about.. umm.. um..

silversongjayfeather In reply to BlakeGreene [2009-12-01 00:35:12 +0000 UTC]
Um.. perhaps "The series Warriors is about four bunches of feral cats that call themselves clans. ThunderClan is the clan from which the series takes place. WindClan is near ThunderClan, and they are sort of the other good-guys. ShadowClan and RiverClan, though, are usually the antagonist. In the first series a kitten named Rusty wanders into the forest where the clans live, and in turn he gets confronted and attacked by Graypaw, an apprentice to ThunderClan, and then Rusty is invited to join the clan. At the end of the book, he recieves his warrior name, Fireheart.. " and so on and so forth. That felt like writing a paper for school O.o

You are most certainly welcome. My friends insist on not capitalizing words, it's nice to talk to someone who uses correct grammar and punctuation for once. why, wasn't that irrelevant?

BlakeGreene In reply to silversongjayfeather [2009-12-01 20:29:26 +0000 UTC]
XD Kind of, but it's ok, because I feel like that too.
Around some of my friends I feel like such a grammar Nazi for going around checking my punctuation on texts and IMs and stuff.

silversongjayfeather In reply to BlakeGreene [2009-12-01 22:08:25 +0000 UTC]
I don't have a phone or an IM account. X3 Trust me, after hanging around with kids at my school who say 'like' every other word, you're very relaxing. Talking to you is almost like drinking cold water on a hot day, it just makes you.. want more, i suppose.

BlakeGreene In reply to silversongjayfeather [2009-12-02 05:08:27 +0000 UTC]
Oh, thank you, it makes me happy to hear that!
I know a lot of people who talk that way, including my little sister.... it gets frustrating, because she gets annoyed at other's speech habits, like saying "ummmm" or "no" at the end of sentences, and she goes on peppering her sentences with "like" XD
It's nice to talk to you too. A lot of people on here, even my IRL friends, have a tendency to talk like they're IMing in their comments. Some of them don't even bother capitalizing words.

They were all words that I learned to define in first grade, though. Such as ridiculous and the difference between know and no. It's really quite sad whenever the other kids get 4 out of 10 correct.

I know! I could never seem to wrap my head around that. I mean, the lowest I ever got on a spelling quiz was a 90, and even that shocked me.
When I find out that people in my grade still cannot spell "contradiction" I get a bit confused.

silversongjayfeather In reply to BlakeGreene [2009-12-07 20:29:21 +0000 UTC]
People in your grade can't spell contradiction? That's just sad. There's a kid in my grade who cheated on a spelling test that I made it into the second screening round of( we're still in the second round of screening tests, no actual spelling bee yet), and he trusted me and told me that he was cheating, but then I told my teacher, because the winner of this could go into the national spelling bee and win money, and now I feel bad because I betrayed his trust. Was it the right thing to do?

BlakeGreene In reply to silversongjayfeather [2009-12-07 21:07:29 +0000 UTC]
Yeah it is sad.
It's understandable to feel bad about betraying his trust, but I think it was the right thing to do. He would probably have been knocked out later on anyway, and it wouldn't be fair if he got further than other people who could actually spell the stuff.

That's the way I thought about it at first, but he likes me. Like meaning he has a crush on me and insists every day on sitting next to me on the bus. He's weird but it hurts me every time I hurt someone else.

But I don't like him. I mean, I treat him like a human, unlike everyone else, but I don't exactly like him. Like meaning the actual definition of like.

silversongjayfeather In reply to BlakeGreene [2009-12-08 00:00:50 +0000 UTC]
Yeah. And for a while, everyone thought that I had a crush on him because I talked to him like a normal human, and not like the dung beetle everyone thinks he is. He's a human for God's sake! Why can't they hammer that through their thick skulls?

BlakeGreene In reply to silversongjayfeather [2009-12-08 00:03:38 +0000 UTC]
That's sad that people can't accept that you would just talk to him for any other reason than liking him....
I used to have this kid who was really annoying like me (kind of similar situation, again) and because I was too shy to tell him I didn't like him (i'm extremely non confrontational) he thought it meant we were going out or something (he was REALLY creepy)...

That's why I loved homeschooling, everyone at the homeschooling group that I went to once a week was nice and didn't really mind anyone, especially not if they were wearing wonky clothes. Now in public elementary school, everything's so much like a shell, if you know what I mean. It's all so hard and brittle, and you have to fit in just right or everyone will snap and go bonkers. And the worst part is that when I pulled him aside after the spelling bee screening and asked him why he had cheated, I think someone overheard us and spread it around school, because now even the school bully knows, and the other kids were screaming at him on the bus, and it was awful... ten and eleven year old kids can be really mean...
