Prologue:
This story takes place right before the "Third Secret Ninja Wars", a war that set Iwagakure from Land of Earth and Konohagakure from Land of Fire against each other.
The protagonists of this story are Kotetsu Hagane and Izumo Kamizuki at the ages of 11. They are both at the genin rank at this time.
Erm, let me see. How to begin?
First off, it would help if you read Kakashi Gaiden of the Naruto manga first. It will help you understand the history better and who these weirdos are. This takes place before Kakashi Gaiden. Wikipedia also summarizes it. Bear with me as I spam your inbox with not-high-quality work.
