For Photoshop 7 or higher!Download for RAR file.
Need something like WinRAR to unzip, google it^^.
In it is the scan i used, the PSD file of the Lineart and the tutorial itself.

This tutorial isn't that complete by the looks of it...
You must click 3rd symbol in the Option window (below the File, Edit bar) and then it will not make new fill layers.

Umm i got up to the stroke path bit, but when i right clicked it was clickable :S what do i do?

You must right click outside, the choose stroke path, a new window will show up.... the rest is in the tutorial^^.

ya, the basics... i also got some tips like how to remove a line (why should tell now^^)
Just make 2 anchor between the line u want to delete, make a new anchor between te 2 and press Delete.
You best do this at last, when u done the whole line^^.
