But think about this, even though it was Fred that bit the kid, it was still FOXY, the kids big brother that caused the bite of ‘87. I'll admit, my older brother has done a few mean things to me back when we were kids. But the meanest thing I remember him doing was being part of a prank where I was tricked into thinking I was left home alone. And the second he saw me crying, he knew it was time to stop joking around.
But this kid, he thought seeing his brother cry over and over again was the sign to amp it up.

Actually, the theory is that the brother and the four kids are the kids that get stuffed into suits after the bite. That's why in the mini games when you try to help let the spirits pass on, you bring cake to the crying child. Those kids are there toapologize for what they did.

And it does explain why we're dealing with the animotronics after the 3rd game, where they were freed from their haunted bodies.

So in time line order:
4-the view point of the victim and the cause of the bite.
2-the restaurant that it happened in and the week that the murders happened.
1-trying to survive the nights when the spirits are still trapped.
3-after the spirits are freed and the restaurant is a horror attraction and the Springtrap is trying to get you.

Actually, for the me the timeline is:
1- A freaky run down Chuck E Cheese filled with robots that wanna murder my squishy bits.
2- A slightly less run down Chuck E Cheese, now complete with broken down version of the previous robo-furries, now complete with duplicates of themselves that are scary in a cartoony way and are lead by a puppet with a mask.
3- A horror house with even more burned versions of the robo-furires and are now lead by a guy that looks like Bugs Bunny if he were a zombie.
And 4-A game with the scariest versions of the robo-furries and it all takes place in a bedroom at the middle of the night. You know: the place where I sleep?!

4 is the explanation of the bite and how the kid suffered.
2 is the restaurant that it took place because it had the toY mascots and the two gold ones, and it was in the week that the bites and murders happened.
1 is the 'modern' restaurant when it's on its last attempts
then the 3rd game when the place is a horror attraction.

Well, someone says that the four kids DID suffered the fate of being stuffed. In the mini games where you played as the animitronics, you bring the crying kid cake, those are the four that were trying to apologize to the kid they caused the bite. in a way, they DID suffered, I think.
