I may use it for hacks, only if the Pokemon RBY Graphic editor exists.

Go for it.
I haven't hacked in a long time, but I don't think a RBY graphics editor exists. Not a simple-to-use one, anyway. The only ones I know of are all tile editors, which are really awkward for editing anything other than overworld graphics and title screen. Most of it looks like a garbled mess.

Then how did you edit the screenshots? Photoshop? Gimp?

I found a screenshot from a ROM, cut out the original sprite, pasted the fan-made sprite, and rearranged the letters/numbers. Then I found a picture of a Game Boy Color, copied the edited screenshot onto it, re-sized the screenshot to fit the screen, and changed the blending mode to Multiply. Afterward, I merged everything, added a little bit of grain, and saved it as a low-quality JPG file. Same with my Ancient Mew , Yoshi , and Togepi "screenshots."

I absolutely love how you did this. It really captures it. Would you mind terribly if I used it as a base for Pikablu in an avatar? I'll make sure to credit you.
