yeah I just use PS. But I'm on a mac, no Zbrush for us yet

The anatomy is looking pretty good. Though it depends how stylised you want to go with the bust...I am guessing from it's style that it is in the same style of old marble sculptures. My main crit would be around the pectorals they need more definition and with the positioning of the arms the pectorals should have more volume.
Looking forward to seeing more.

Thanks a lot for the thorough critique! And yeah, I'm kind of going for a idealised male bust kind of thing, kind of like renaissanse art and whatnot. And you're right about the pectorals, of course, too, I see that now
