THIS THING IS TOTALLY RETARDED AWESOME!

This is the actual weapon I recently submitted to the Ratchet & Clank Future "Captain Quark's 'My Blaster Runs Hot'" Weapon Design contest xD

Low and behold, it be not a blaster, but a big ass hammer!

I tried to combine the three conditions to it (humor, entertaining, and strategy) into one crazy package. Alright, let's begin with the basics:

The weapon setup consists of:

* RANDOMallet – Used like any other melee weapon in Ratchet’s arsenal. Light weight and durable. The mallet “face” has a display on it that is capable of expressing emotions depending upon specific situations. The question mark on the pivot point it’s symbol. It has additional features that will be listed further down.
* MentaLINK Helmet – The helmet is what connects Ratchet to the RANDOMallet. Ratchet’s emotions can trasmit through the helmet into the mallet. The mallet’s ability to extend its length, become vertical in AIM MODE, and the results of its ultimate attack are thanks to this helmet.

Basic Features:

* Press R1 to swing the mallet. The mallet can automatically extend it’s length to a degree in order to hit enemies that are targeted.
* In AIM MODE, the mallet will become vertical. By training the crosshairs over an enemy, it will become locked on to. Press R1 to fire the mallet head at the enemy. After hitting all targets, the head will return and lock back into place.

Advanced Features (Ultimate Attack):

In order to use this attack, simply hold down on the R1 button until the mallet head is fully charged (this is confirmed by the light becoming a full spectrum of colors). Release R1 and Ratchet will leap up into the air before slamming the mallet head into the ground. There are many possibilities to this attack (and some can potential distort reality and/or time), some of which are:

* Create a black hole that swallows all nearby enemies.
* Slow or even stop time completely for all enemies
* Summon armies (consisting of Lawn Ninjas, Blargian Snaggle Beasts, Battle Ratchets, Amoeboids, or anything else) to annihilate Ratchet's foes.
* Cause enemies to attack each other.
* Cut off all gravity for enemies.
* Cause enemies to explode into fireworks and confetti.
* Allow Ratchet to become gigantic and crush enemies.

NOTE: All of these possible attacks are a result of the helmet randomly generating an attack based on Ratchet’s thoughts. Anything about Ratchet is possible, be it friends, foes, events, or things, as long as its destructive. Everything about him can become a weapon.

Upgrades into the Havoc Hammer.

Along with the three necessary things for being judged, I also wanted to make sure this weapon could be nostalgic and what better way to do that incorporate things like Lawn Ninjas into the mix xD

I don't know if they wanted it like that, but I purposely left it's ultimate attacks possibilities up to them to add, subtract, or leave the same depending upon how much they like these or whether they can even make them a reality within the next six months or so D:
