For some reason SAI 2 won't open the base? It'll open any other base, but with this one it always pops up with an internal error

Is there a program you would give advice on opening it in.
I tried Sai but it was far to big.
I tried PS but it said there were folders that were messed up.

Hi! bought this base and the download worked, but for some reason it will not allow me to open the .rar file. I was able to unzip the folder, but there was another .rar file inside.

Never mind, for some reason the only program that seemed able to open it was WinRar (not any of the other three programs I tried) XD

Oh. This's bad, if file opens only with WinRar
but at least it works...
