Hey hun. I've spent like 2 hours trying to open this file and neither my PSD nor my SAI can open it. Both have claimed it not a true file. ;-; I really want to use this but I can't. Q-Q

I just had my gf and another friend try to open it and it doesn't work for either of them as well.
I have tried to redownload it and it is saying it is a forbidden file.
