A work in progress of the next piece in the Dreams Series, "Andromeda/Singularity"

Inspired by a dream wherein teleportation took into existence and wherein time stood still, the vitality of contrast and tints of the cooler spectrum represent consciousness and the feeling of an empty clock. It is based on a captured image of a black hole, which has only appeared twice within a dream.

I had initially named this piece "Andromeda," but I am feeling the need for a change due to the greater meaning I had wished to portray. The name "Andromeda" translates to "being mindful of man," and although mankind stood still, singularity is the place where time stops and space ceases to make sense.
