Yes, I can draw perspective.
And yes, I can draw chubbiness, not just blimpitude. 
That factory in the background makes all kinds of JUMBO-sized snacks that are like Twinkies or Ho-Hos or other such fattening delights (only bigger). 
The eating contest takes place in a bakery. 
The entrance do0r is regular size (maybe a little wider). The exit do0r is like the size of a barn. 
You can probably guess why. 
The sky is overcast and the smoke coming out of the snack factory's smoke stack is brown because it's chocolate-scented, making the whole place smell like chocolate.
This smell combines with everything around. Tails has just come from a tour of the factory in which he got to stuff himself with all the free snacks he wanted. Not feeling full, he noticed that the bakery was holding an eating contest, so he decided to sign up. 
By the way, there's another sign outside the bakery that reads: "eating contest today." The one inside is just to remind the employees.

That's really cute. An eating contect sounds neat. I've always wondered what it'd be like to be in one. Although in RL I'm not a huge eater, I'm more of a marathon eater, somewhat smaller quantity over longer time then all at once.

There are a lot of deliciously do0omful fo0ds that aren't made anymore that I miss dearly. Remember OJ's cereal? No, not the murderer O.J. Simpson. Orange Juice flavored cereal! 
There are these waffle cracker things that I thought had gone out of production, but I rediscovered them. Perhaps the stores around where I lived at the time just didn't carry them.
