Yh like f1 KERS. (Kinetic Energy Recovery System)It Basically uses the recoil of the rearward traveling bolt carrier during weapons discharge to drive a Linear Electromagnetic generator that stores the electricity in a lithium polymer power cell in the lower receiver.
The reciprocating charging handle allows for manual actuation of the bolt for clearing miss-feeds and the generator if necessary.
