This is our dastardly dark wolf/whale! I love drawing him so much. ; w ;

This isn't even close to my normal shading. I didn't want too many highlights on him because I wanted it to seem really dark. There are also lots of red/pink hues in the coloring, in part because I wanted his nature to shine through, but also so that some pink would come in (as that is part of the MAP's color palette).

This is our villain wolf, after having transformed into a whale first time. He is off to go kill his first orcas and gain their power. His eyes are glowing pinkish red, he will always have glowing eyes when he transforms or when he calls on the energy he's harvested to give him extra strength. In a normal case of a wolf (or an orca) simply using the stone to transform, their eyes would glow pink. Since this guy is actually killing to get extra power, his eyes glow red. He also has very painful transformations, as a sort of punishment.
And the stone/how it works/how it differentiates between those who use it correctly and those who use it the way this jerk does will be explained.

I really like the effect I gave his eye. I drew inspiration from how the Lich King in World of Warcraft has eyes whose glowing light kind of wisps around. It's so cool.

I feel like I just captured his personality really well. It's so dark, but you can feel the power behind it. Also, the red hues. I use red not only to symbolize his power, but in future artworks I will use the color red to visualize his narcissism. I absolutely love this guy.
