I dont wanna say much about this i think. obviously it isnt much of an eye catcher, but, well, who cares.. i think it has a major Opeth influence... the song Hope Leaves in particular...

just for the files: it took about >30 hours to make that scene and this rendering took 16 hours. I hope its because of my slow computer and not because of my crappy modelling. So, a question for Cinema 4d users: I created the walls using loft nurbs, because i didnt want to have sharp edges, but, or obviously, i ended up with a very complex model, for my standards at least.. i first tried it by polygon editing but wasnt entirely satisfied with the result. I´d appreciate some advice i think. The final scene had about 65000 polygons.

Some general hints about the lightning would also be nice, it took quite some time to get the lightning from this picture, after i accidently wrecked a better composition. I dont have radiosity or caustics, so what would be the best way to illuminate such a scene?
