in the 1940's the OSS (Office of Strategic Services) was looking for a rifle to equip their operative agents they needed a performing gun with a great flexibilty but capable of being carried for paratroopers so a small craftsman proposed a humble modification of the Lee Enfield No.4 the OSS was impressed the weapon was simple but the folding stock was a brilliant idea the craftsman was a young Recruit of the British ParΓ he was half russian he was Igor Kutuzov Senior grandfather of Igor Kutuzov(this story isn't obviously true but part of my alternate universe)
