I used SAI for drawing the frames, Photoshop for color and background, and Image Ready to make the animated gif.

Now, the thing is⦠this is a Japanese program⦠in Japanese. In order to get an English version, once you've downloaded the program, you need to go to this site:

β¦get the English file and drop it into the SAI directory, Run it, and you're good to go!
