I love the composition of this picture. The sun appears more through its effect on the surrounding sky--it's difficult to actually perceive the sun because it is so bright. Then in the bottom center the clouds because they appear to be slightly cirrus appear to *be* flame almost. It's a powerful picture, and the tanka complements it perfectly.
