Description I guess monochrome images aren't that exciting, but I liked this one.

What program are you using to create this?

Photoshop CS3 like all my other stuff, but i used some custom brushes for this one.

Did you create them or know where I may find some, Ive been looking for some brushes to emulate that pastel look and have not found anythingggg decent. Any advice? Seriously dig this.

I created them myself. All you really need to do to duplicate it is start with a hard edged round brush (decreasing the roundness if you like) and add a more texture-y tip as a dual brush in multiply-mode (or whatever mode you like), tweak the spacing and stuff, and that's basically it. Now this won't be any sort of miracle brush, but it's what i made this image with. And in combination with other varieties of brushes you can get some really interesting results.
