Everyone's favorite genetically-unstable fluffball! The card is on one of my rainbow/multitype Colorless blanks, for use with Ditto, Smeargle, Kecleon, Arceus, and, of course, Eevee! Basically, the novelty Normal-type Pokémon which can learn other moves/transform/change type/etc.

Pretty standard Power, and the attack could be pointless or useful depending on the deck you're facing.
