He'll make sure he's a whole hecking lot better than his own father and makes sure that his kids are set up for a good life of their own choosing. Work is work yet he always tries to make time for the youngins or at least make it up to them later. One would assume that he's as cold and distant with his offspring but that's far from the truth. They bring out his playful lovable doglike side of him when nobody else is present.

He can get so terrifying when pushed over the edge that even his vampiric boss is too scared to face him in such a state. The sure fire way to set him off is if anything happens to his pups then it's literally Armageddon up in this place.
