Ha! Well I think I'd prefer this character clothed but it's funny nonetheless.
Interesting information on the profile of this character, I kinda like how he's the quirky type that identifys strongly with his passion (his aircraft in this case); the eccentric character can be a lot of fun, but it can be a tricky making them unusual, interesting and fun without being too quirky and annoying.
As usual I like the sharpness of the lines, the detail is pretty clear, and the color patterns are complex enough to make him interesting but not so complex that he looks cluttered or anything. Which is important too because of the kinda half cartoon style your going for.
I also like his current expression and the way his face is shaped, it's clear that this is kinda supposed to be a fun character. If I had any complaint I'd say that it's a bit odd that his smile line goes all the way to the left side of his eye, and his nose seems a bit longer than it is with other canid characters of yours (perhaps that is on purpose though, the long nose does make him stand out, and would probably make him easier to identify, so it's not necessarily a bad thing).
Anyway, great job on this. Always nice seeing one of your characters and getting to read a bit about their characterization and what makes them unique.

I tried to make him wear his uniform at least, but it's Foxy, he's... weird
Well, Foxy is annoying. Everyone in his squadron can confirm this. He's annoying, too active and talks all the time.
Anatomy-wise here I decided to try to draw quickly and in a fun way, since it suits Foxy's nature (well, Pesets has the similar style, but it's because he always finds himself in some funny situations (and they're funny not for him

Indeed, you always want your characters to have interesting personalities quirks and making them unique is always a challenge.
Ha, well what I mean is annoying to the audience. Quirky and annoying to other characters can be fun for the viewers because it's humorous, though I've seen some animations where the quirky character is annoying to watch instead. That's sorta what I was trying to get at. I figure that your probably good enough at this that it's unlikely you'd make that mistake, but I figure detailed feedback is better than vague feedback.
This seems to be almost like halfway between pesets style, and half way between when you do a faster rendition of your other serious characters (like Roger). Regardless though I think it came out good overall, I just figured I'd mention anything that catches the eye so you know what viewers are noticing and maybe by lack of comments on other things what they are not. Overall I'd say your faster drawings are a good compromise between efficient use of time, and quality. (as anyone else who's an artist understands these things take a while)
Of course, it looks like a fun character, interesting information, and well drawn. As always it's good to see another submission from you, I love our comment conversations.

Well as long as you take time with the character I'm sure that wont happen, I thought Arc was going to be too annoying at first as well, but we managed to strike a balance.
Well it's an interesting hybrid, I certainly wouldn't mind seeing more like this from time to time.
Of course of course, we all do.
