I was cross-stitching this evening and listening to the nature channel - not much exciting happening on TV - in fact, it was just underwater documentaries almost the whole evening, but this pose came into my head suddenly and I scrambled off to get my sketchbook.

You can see in the little mini on the side there that I have some unusual plans for it, but for now it's in line to wait to be colored.

What do you all think?

She's going to be on the bank of a still pond at night, dipping her toe into the water to test it's temperature.
