I felt like drawing tonight. I almost ended up doodling some sonic stuffs, but my freind, Chalcara [link] started suggesting things to draw. She had mentioned something about Samus always being a blonde with a black swimsuit under the powersuit, and I guess that caught my fancy. So here ya go, a slightly unconventional Samus Aran pic.
No, I'm not myself much into Super Metroid, but Chal is crazy about it.

*EDIT* Aaah... A watercolor work, completely with a wacom tablet and pen, no paper work or scans. I do this type pretty frequently - a simple sketchm then a watercoloring in Painter Classic (C.A. 1996) - no layers, just 'wet' and 'dry' canvas paper, and paper texture effects. You'll see this type of wprk throughout my furry art and sonic art. I kinda learned the technique in RL first, with watered-down airbrush opaques.
