Taken during my vacation in Yellowstone. It was right by a lake by my campsite. We were walking on the "beach" you could say, except it was freezing, and we were walking on rocks. This is probably my favorite picture from that vacation. It was gone after a few minutes, so I was lucky enough to have had my camera with me.

Thank you very much! Yeah, my old art teacher said something like "maybe in a few years, some of you will have an eye for this stuff" I was in 3rd grade I think.

Wow! That would make an amazing painting! But bet you had fun there. ^^ But it's a really good composition the way the mountains are shadowed in front of the sky. It's really beautiful.

I actually tried to make a picture like it on some program. That didn't work...I couldn't get the colors right.

Ah, they're the wierd ones then. Yeah, currently, I can't find mine. They've been missing for over a year and I only have about 10 to my name. And none of them are good for skin colors, dangit! They're all like browns and blues.

I only have 2 browns out of those pencils. One is dark. the other is too brown for some of my skintones.

Well, at least you have the color for tan skin probably. ^^ I always have to borrow my friend's pencils so I don't get that much done. I've had to resort to crayons lately. Though they do give good blending and all that. ^^

crayons are fun to color with though. I made a Father's day card this year with crayons, markers and stamps. I stamped the Japanese word for Spring on it{the markers were used as ink}, and drew Cherry Blossoms on the card with crayons. ^^ I was in a creative mood that day.

lol I guess! But I actually like working w/ crayons. They just get really annoying because you constantly have to smooth them out or they flake.

my mom loves to smeel Crayola....
If you buy Paint Shop Pro 9 you can make it look like you colored with crayons and all that. ^^ But it costs a lot.
