Finally had some time! Though I do have work early tomorrow and its nearly 3am already ;A:Aww, anyways, hope likes her C:
Edit - my monitor is apparently being a poop so she looks much redder on my phone than my screen, so I edited the colours a little. Sigh
Edit - Extra update, fixed the tones because it was irritating.

The first thing my eyes are drawn to are her eyes. You did an amazing job with their glowing nature. The palette used is exquisite, the cyan complements the Reds and oranges very nicely. One of the things I would say is that you could make the shadows and light a bit stronger, not too much, but just a little. I would also like to see a little more shading in the snake border, to make it pop.

I really like how sparse the highlights are and that they're a color that really contrasts with her skin tone
And the snake border just makes me smile (I love me some snakes!), it's a great, subtle tie in to her demonic nature

It's not quite as long, only coming down slightly below the shoulder, but it is similarly wavy

About your poll, what I can see is that there's red tints everywhere (in the gray background) and then she herself is reddish (hair and spots on her skin where I'm assuming light is touching), but there's nothing overwhelming about it. It's not going to be stopping cars as a substitute red light.
