I had a good noble last name for him, but non-Anglo surnames will continue to elude me.

He's an Austrian Graf (Count) who is one of many nobles in Venice who funds the hunt after the Angel Servant. A nice guy with a particular skeleton in his closet.

He's intended to look rather unnaturally thin. That's because he's wearing a corset underneath.

EDIT: Found a last name. His full name is Graf Wilhelm von Starhemberg. It is at least a stand-in surname until I find a better one. I'm told it's more Dutch, but I got it from a list of German noble surnames. Oh, well.
