Yes, it is. It is a shame that the first 20 episodes were all dark and brooding though. It felt extremely slow.
I feel like Kamen Rider Amazons may have improved on the concept a bit.
I guess more comedic and light hearted stories are too hard to write. It's much easier to be dark.
