I decided that you would probably appreciate an English version.
For those who don't know, this is a parody and a tribute to the wonderful Manga/TV Drama that I discovered recently. It's titled "Mr. Nietzsche in the Convenience Store (ニーチェ先生～コンビニに、さとり世代の新人が舞い降りた～", and it is sort of like watching the lives of Japanese Night-Shift Convenience Store Clerks through a comedic lens.
