Small critique: Wolves and big cats don't have vertical pupils, so this would only really apply to small cats. Otherwise, nice tutorial.

Also. forgive be for being an idiot, but what do you mean by "smudge tool?" Are you using a program to do this? Because I only have Windows Paint, and I'm not sure if it has a "smudging tool."
