Hal still doesn't understand why he isn't capable of catching this annoying atrocity of a copycat of Luna that E. Gadd created. Hal wants to get rid of it, but apparently he's stuck with it, poor guy. (Note that the ugly version of Luna is not a permanent character, this is just a joke character for the fun of it! )

This thing gives him nightmares. It's probably the only thing he's scared of and wants to avoid the most. Even Meggy doesn't like this "dragon", she says it doesn't have Luna's personality and well-being. Pretty much a troublemaker, to make it short.
To people wondering why he has green color, is because I drew my Fan Version of Hal, which has lights that change color depending on his mood. You can see it by following the link right here!
